'Finish It' Friday

We all have them - those projects that you got really excited about one day but have somehow ended up in the PILE OF SHAME. You cut out your fabric, marked your darts even started pinning and then something distracted you (usually life or more fabric!). So you put your project away 'for now' and then never got round to taking it out again.

People often mention to me that they have a project either partially finished or not even started but they need a little help to get going. I've put a 'Finish It' Friday class on the website for booking to help with this. You can bring along any project you like (except curtains or blinds due to the space required for these items), whatever stage you're at, and work through it in my studio with help and advice when you need it.

You will be able to use my lovely sewing machines, cutting tools and other equipment and I will provide tea and cake to keep you going. The session is 3 hours long, but you don't have to stay for the whole time if you don't want to. There will be a maximum of 4 people in the studio and as with all of my classes, it's a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. The first session is on Friday 24th August 10am-1pm. If it is popular, I may put one of these sessions on each month.

So let's celebrate our unfinished projects and get sewing!
